PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received on or after date of change will be at the revised price.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: 1 % 10 / Net 30 (excluding freight charges). Any account having unpaid invoice(s) 45 days past due will be
placed on hold, and shipment of future orders held until the account is current. Accounts with a balance of 60 days or older will be
subject to a 1.5% service charge.

NEW ACCOUNTS: All new accounts will be shipped C. O. D., paid via credit card, or held in our system until credit is approved.

VERBAL ORDERS: Verbal (telephone) orders are welcome, or purchase orders may be sent via fax to 815-730-0565.

SAMPLES: Most samples are available at no charge; however, certain requests may require a nominal charge. Freight costs will be
charged to the customer on all sample orders.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are subject to a 15% surcharge.

DROP SHIPMENTS: A. J. Dralle will ship directly to your customers if requested. All freight charges incurred on any shipment,
regardless of the reason, is your responsibility. The only exception is factory error.

TRUCKLOAD SHIPMENTS: Special pricing available upon request.

PACKAGING: All products are packaged in standard quantities per carton and are specified on the product price sheets. Shipments
will be made in multiples of these quantities. A service charge of $5.00 per case may be added for non-standard packaging, labeling,
residential deliveries, etc.

RETURN SHIPMENTS: Return shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee and A. J. Dralle must be able to re-sell the
merchandise. Authority for such returns must have prior approval in writing from A. J. Dralle. Standard production items are subject to
return, and special (odd or custom) size merchandise is specifically excluded from consideration for return. Freight charges for the
original and return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of factory error, A. J. Dralle will incur the freight
charges.

SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped F.O.B. Joliet, Illinois, with transportation charges added to the invoice, shipped "collect" or third
party billing by the carrier. Shipments will be made via a routing that provides the lowest practical applicable rate, and minimum
charge. Any excess charges, due to buyers specific shipping instructions, will be charged to the customer.
